How important is golf to the lifestyle you want?
Because here, you aren't simply choosing a house.
You're choosing the golf course you may play several times a week, your regular foursome, your practice facility, tournaments, the 19th hole and a large part of your social life.
And the golf experiences throughout Boca Raton and Delray Beach are very different.
Some clubs offer multiple championship courses. Others deliberately offer one course and a more intimate golf experience. Some are highly competitive. Others emphasize social golf, accessibility and the ability to get out for a few holes whenever you feel like it.
That is why the club should be part of the decision before you fall in love with the house.
